Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that all live insects will arrive healthy and thriving. If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) or with significant loss, just let us know within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund—your choice.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear photo of the original shipping box and affected product.
- Let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement.
Exceptions:
- If extreme weather conditions (above 90F hot or below 45F cold) and customr opted not to hold parcel at local post office or shipping center our standard guarantee may be adjusted.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality, size, or condition of your feeders, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a refund, store credit, or replacement.
Roach Chow & Supplies Guarantee
All non-living products, such as roach chow and supplies, are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
